解读千年古城扬州的保护和发展

摘要

历史文化遗产是今天和未来发展的一张王牌。一个城市历史文化遗
产的保护状况是城市文明的重要标志,在城市建设和发展中,必须正确
处理现代化建没和历史文化保护的关系,尊重城市发展的历史,使城市
的风貌随着岁月的流逝而更具内涵和底蕴。城市是一个不断发展、更新
的有机体,我们的任务是既要使城市经济社会得以发展,提高城市现代
化水平,又要使城市的历史文化遗产得以保护,在工作中必须将发展与
保护有机地结合起来,使现代化建设与历史文化遗产保护相得益彰。本
文试图从扬州古城的现状出发,结合国外和国内古城保护较为成功的城
市经验,针对我市古城保护工作的部分疏漏与不足,提出自己的探索性
方案,从而在今后古城扬州的城市规划和建设的过程中,能将城市环境
和城市文化形象有机统一起来,合理处理新老建筑之间的矛盾,保护历
史文化名城的历史文脉,使传统与现代在碰撞中融合,升华为个性化的
新的城市形象,推动地区经济的可持续发展。

RESEARCH ON MANAGING THE DISASTER
OF EARTHQUAKE IN CHINA



ABSTRACT

At a time when featured development is sought nowdays, culture and
economy are more closely related than ever before. The key to the protection
of ancient city lied in the evacuation of economy and population from the
ancient city through the upgrading the function of the ancient town. Based on
the existing industrial development of ancient city in Yangzhou , it is
necessary to achieve mutual development in culture and economy. Historical
experiences indicate that the proper development of urban tourism is the
constructive protection of the ancient city, and the tourist construction of the
ecological city is the best protection of the historical ancient city.
Therefore ,the ecological development mode based on the ecological
landscape science is the more proper mode for the urban protection and urban
development of the ancient city of Yangzhou .
