摘要
轧钢机在我国钢铁生产中具有非常重要作用的一种机械。它是钢材成型的基础工序,在钢铁企业中普遍存在。因为钢厂出来的原钢大部分都需要经过轧钢成型,然后根据需要进行下一步的工艺。所以轧钢机在整个国民经济中都扮演着重要的角色。
本次毕业设计主要是针对小型轧钢机进行整体结构设计,在结构上选择了三辊轧机,轧辊的直径为300mm,主要用于线材等钢材的生产。在动力方面采用了直流电机。同时对轧钢机的关键零部件,如压下装置等进行了详细的设计。
在轧钢机的结构设计中,首先要求做到工作平稳,性能稳定,设计合理。在整体设计中通过对传动装置、驱动方式等进行了全面综合的分析和选取。在零部件设计中对主要受力辊、作用长度等进行了分析计算,以确保能够稳定工作。

Abstract
Rolling mill has a very important role in China's iron and steel production of a machine. It is the basis of the steel forming process, is widespread in the iron and steel enterprises.
