肺炎患者住院费用及影响因素分析

【摘要】目的通过对肺炎患者住院费用的分析,进一步了解影响医疗费用的因素,为合理控制医疗费用的过快增长提供参考。方法采用多元逐步回归法对2005—2009年1103例肺炎病例的有关信息对住院费用高低的影响进行了分析。结果职业、住址、抢救次数、付费方式、年龄、转归情况、住院天数、入院情况等对住院费用的影响有统计学意义。结论从可控因素入手,促进不可控因素向可控因素转化;增加政府财政投入; 完善医疗保险制度;控制药费比例; 建立科学的诊疗标准等是控制医疗费用增长的重要手段.

【Abstract】Objective To find out influencing factors to hospitalization fee for pneumonia through the analysis of hospitalization fee in order to provide a reference to rational control of faster increase of medical care fee. Methods Analysis of relative information of hospitalization fee of pneumonia hospitalized from 2005 to 2009 was conducted with Linear Regression SPSS. Results The significant influencing factors to its hospitalization fee were occupation ,address,emergency number,payment method,age,situation of discharged from hospital, hospitalization days and admissions. Conclusion The measures to decrease the hospitalization expense are starting from the controllable factors and promoting uncontrollable factors transform to the controllable factors, increasing government financial input, improving the medical insurance system, controlling the proportion of drugs and establishing scientific standards for diagnosis and treatment.
