摘要：目的：探讨大肠癌患者的医院费用及其影响因素。方法： 采用单因素和多元统计方法，分析广东省江门市地区三甲医院2003 年至2004年间大肠癌患者住院费用及其影响因素。结果：统计结果 显示影响大肠癌患者住院费用主要因素有：住院天数、是否手术、术 中吻合器是否使用、不同科室治疗。结论：控制住院天数、提高大肠 癌的诊治水平及加强医院内部管理是控制医疗费用的有效途径。

Statistical analysis showed that main f actors affecting hospitalization expenditure were duration of hospitalization, whether taking surgical treatment and using an anastomat in operation, and the treated clinical department. Conclusion: The 1imi t of hospitalization duration, improvement of diagnostic level and reinforcing hospital internal management will be effective way for cost control.

近年来随着我国社会医疗保险制度改革的全面推行，患者住院 费用日益成为医患保三方密切关注热门课题，如何协调三者利益，特 别是保护患者利益，抑制医疗费上涨，减轻患者经济负担，合理利用 医疗资源，积极推动社会医疗保险事业改革，是当前医学及社会及社 会学家重要研究课题之一 [1 L本研究旨在通过单病种（大肠癌病例） 住院费用的相关因素调查分析，探讨控制医疗费用增长有效途径，同 时为合理有效降低大肠癌患者部分住院费用提供科学参考依据。
1资料与方法
一般资料：资料取自广东省江门地区某三甲医院2003年 1月至2004年12月间出院大肠癌患者。本组共165例患者均按国际 疾病分类（ICD-10 ）确诊为大肠癌为首发病，统
