1 大肠癌患者住院费用影响因素分析【关键词】,, 结直肠癌摘要: 目的: 探讨大肠癌患者的医院费用及其影响因素。方法: 采用单因素和多元统计方法, 分析广东省江门市地区三甲医院 200 3年至 200 4 年间大肠癌患者住院费用及其影响因素。结果: 统计结果显示影响大肠癌患者住院费用主要因素有: 住院天数、是否手术、术中吻合器是否使用、不同科室治疗。结论: 控制住院天数、提高大肠癌的诊治水平及加强医院内部管理是控制医疗费用的有效途径。关键词: 结直肠癌; 住院费用; 影响因素 Analysis of the Hospitalization Expenses and its Affecting Factors in Patients with Colorectal Neoplasm Abstract : Objective : To investigate the hospitalization expenditure and its affecting factors in patients with colorectal neoplasm. Method: Data of hospitalization expenditure and its affecting factors in patients with colorectal neoplasm were 2 analyzed using single-multi-variate statistical : Statistical analysis showed that main factors affecting hospitalization expenditure were duration of hospitalization, whether taking surgical treatment and using an anastomat in operation, and the treated clinical department. Conclusion: The limit of hospitalization duration, improvement of diagnostic level and rEinforcing hospital internal management will be effective way for cost control.
