摘要
慈溪家电产业群发展过程是长江三角洲地区典型的工业化过程的缩影。慈溪家电产业的发展历程决定了其生产方式以产业群为主导,价格-成本优势是慈溪家电产业群的核心竞争力。当前传统的家电产业技术基本成熟,家电产业在不断地升级换代,技术作为核心竞争力越发是其发展的必然。因此政府组织企业对产业的核心技术进行攻关和对创立品牌进行扶持、建立职业技术学院,提供地域性人才支持、促进家电业产业群内企业之间的互动是慈溪家电产业群下一步发展的关键,这也是沿海发达地区乡镇块状经济需要解决的重点问题。本文对慈溪家电产业集群化进行了SWOT分析,从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四个角度来研究慈溪的家电产业,并提出相应的战略措施。
