新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿体液免疫功能变化的初步研究

摘要:目的检测新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清IgG、IgA、IgM的变化,以了解HIE患儿体液免疫功能的变化。方法 67例HIE患儿根据出生后的日龄和病情轻重分为1~3天组32例,其中轻度HIE14例,中重度HIE18例;4~6天组35例,其中轻度HIE16例,中重度HIE19例。对照组30例新生儿为同期我院产科出生的正常新生儿。采用散射免疫扩散法对HIE患儿和对照组进行体液免疫指标IgG、IgA、IgM的检测,相关结果进行统计学分析。结果在1~3天组,IgG、IgA、IgM在对照组、轻度HIE组和中重度HIE组3组间比较无显著性差异(P>)。在4~6天组,IgG、IgA、IgM在对照组、轻度HIE组和中重度HIE组3组间比较亦无显著性差异(P>)。结论 HIE患儿体液免疫功能无明显变化。

e neonates were divided into1-3day group(n=32)and4-6day group(n=35),and each of them was further divided into a mild group and a moderate-severe immunoglobulin(Ig)in serum was examined by radial immunodiffusion assay with Behring Nephelometer100Ana- In the1-3day group,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in HIE group were not obviously different from that in the control group(P>).In the4-6day group,these levels did not differ from the control either(P>).Conclu-sion The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in serum are not obviously affected by HIE in neonates.
