扁平疣外治验案

摘要:目的:总结中药外治扁平疣经验。方法:以医案形式,融理、法、方、药为一体阐述。结果:自拟疏风解
毒散结汤、疏肝解毒化瘀汤、养血滋阴解毒汤、健脾养心解毒汤外洗,自拟复方土大黄酊外擦,%维A酸软膏
外涂,药物直达病所,疗效易显。结论:中药外治扁平疣疗效肯定。

Proved Cases of Verruca Plana by External Treatment Methods

Abstract :Objective :To summarize ZHOU Baokuan's clinical experience on verruca plana by external
treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods :Discuss principles,methods,formulae and
medicinals of hypomnesia based on medical records. Results :The prescription for external washing were
modified Shufeng Jiedu Sanjie Decoction,modified Shufeng Jiedu Huayu decoction,modified Yangxue Ziyin
Jiedu Decoction,modified Jianpi Yangxin Jiedu Decoction ;plex prescription Nepal dock root
tincture and % tretinoin ointment were given for external application for verruca plana,the treatment can
introduce the drug to the affected area,showing significant curative effect. Conclusions :External treatment
methods of traditional Chinese medicine have good effect on verruca plana.
