Article2 Alltypesofenterprisesandsoletradersthathireworkers(Employer(s))shallparticipateinwork-relatedinjuryinsuranceandpaywork-relatedinjuryinsurancepremiumsforallofthestaffandworkersorhiredworkersintheirworkunit(Employee(s))ordancewiththeprovisionshereof. TheEmployeesofalltypesofenterprisesandthehiredworkersofsoletradersinthePeople'sRepublicofChinashallhavetherighttoenjoythebenefitsofwork-ordancewiththeprovisionshereof. Thespecificstepsandimplementingproceduresforparticipationofsoletradersthathireworkersinwork-relatedinjuryinsuranceshallbestipulatedbythepeople'sgovernmentsofprovinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyunderthecentralgovernment. Article3 Collectionandpaymentofwork-ordancewiththeprovisionsintheCollectionandPaymentofSocialInsurancePremiumsTentativeRegulationsregardingcollectionandpaymentofbasicoldageinsurancepremiums,basicmedicalinsurancepremiumsandunemploymentinsurancepremiums. Article4 AnEmployershallannouncewithintheworkunittherelevantdetailsofitsparticipationinwork-relatedinjuryinsurance. upationaldiseases,implementsafetyandhealthregulationsandstandards,urrenceofwork-upationaldiseases. IfanEmployeesuffersfromwork-relatedinjury,theEmployershalladoptmeasurestoensurethatsuchEmployeereceivestimelyrescueandtreatment. Article5 TheadministrativedepartmentoflaboursecurityoftheStateCouncilshallbeinchargeoftheworkofwork-relatedinjuryinsurancethroughoutthecountry.
