证券行业经过二十几年的发展,各个证券公司之间的竞争越来越激烈,
证券公司的服务也越来越细化,逐步以客户需求为中心,证券公司内部也从
集散化经营方式逐步转变为集约化经营方式。证券公司不断提高自身的竞争
力,以避免在激烈的竞争中被淘汰,在不断进行创新及改变,并控制好企业
自身营运中的风险。从技术的角度来看,为了进一步提高服务质量,完善交
易系统的功能,提升证券公司客户服务质量,提高证券交易营业部资金信息
的完整,有效管理交易状况,加强监控、督察不同的交易系统的相互的连通
性,增加证券交易系统的灵活性,加强证券公司自身发展的竞争力,对公司
的信息系统进行有效的规划,以保障证券公司适应市场发展的需要。依据证
券公司和证券交易系统的未来发展趋势,从目前的情况来看,为了实现全公
司的集中交易信息管理,设计出一个适合证券公司交易发展的系统是十分必
要的。
本文主要针对证券行业集中交易系统的模型构建问题进行研究,首先在
第一章阐述对本文的研究背景及意义、国内外现状、主要存在的内容以及本
文结构。第二章针对证券行业集中交易系统的需求进行分析,主要包括系统
的业务需求、技术需求、系统的设计原则及目标等内容。第三章是对系统的
整体架构设计进行分析,包括对系统的整体结构、关键技术、设计重点问题
进行分析。第四章是系统的实现与测试部分的分析,包括系统的总体实现、
队列报盘、内存清理、功能实现以及测试过程的分析。最后是对全文的总结。
