PTEN基因mRNA在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达和临床意义 (作者:___________单位: ___________邮编: ___________) 【摘要】目的研究骨巨细胞瘤中PTEN基因的表达情况、探讨其与骨巨细胞瘤临床分级和预后的关系。方法应用RT-PCR的方法检测了32例骨巨细胞瘤PTEN mRNA的表达,就PTEN mRNA表达水平与临床变量之间进行分析。结果 PTEN mRNA在骨巨细胞瘤中的阳性表达率为75%;PTEN mRNA阳性表达与患者的年龄、性别和Jaffe分级无关;与Enneking分级和肿瘤复发转移有相关性(P ),与生存时间显著相关(P )。结论 PTEN mRNA在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达与Enneking分级和预后有一定关系,可以作为判断骨巨细胞瘤预后的一项重要参考指标。 【关键词】 PTEN基因骨巨细胞瘤 mRNA 【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of PTEN gene and its relationship with the clinical grades and evaluation of clinical prognosis in giant cell tumors of bone. Method The PTEN gene mRNA was investigated by using RT-PCR in 32 cases with giant cell tumors of bone.
