摘
要:
由于节能建材质量不高, 导致节能建筑开发风险过高、生产商开发动力不足。同时, 消费者也因为对节能
建筑不大信任, 消费欲望有限。所以, 目前节能建材市场发展缓慢, 已经严重制约了节能建筑的推广。在节能建材市
场培育的初期, 政府的干预尤为重要。鼓励节能建材创新, 并制定针对性的激励政策, 是激活节能建材市场的有效手
段。该文引入系统动力学理论, 以节能建材创新为切入点, 分析节能市场相关主体的相互作用关系, 找出影响节能建
材的决定因素, 为政府制订节能市场的经济激励政策提供参考。
