Anisomycin 治疗实验性自身免疫性 脑脊髓炎# 孙曼曼,邢飞跃,刘松** 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 (暨南大学组织移植与免疫研究中心,免疫生物学系,广州 510632) 摘要:目的:使用 anisomycin 体内治疗实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE),观察 anisomycin 的治疗效果。方法:用 200 μg MOG35-55 免疫雌性 C57BL/6 小鼠诱导 EAE 模型。将小鼠随 机分为对照组、EAE 组和 anisomycin 治疗组,10 只/组。于免疫后第 12 d 注射 30 mg/kg 的 anisomycin,连续治疗 7 d;对照组和 EAE 组注射等体积的 PBS,观察小鼠的临床评分和体 重变化。在免疫后第 18 d,取小鼠脑组织进行 HE 染色。结果:EAE 组和 anisomycin 治疗 组小鼠发生 EAE 的潜伏期分别是第 12 d 和第 13 d;与对照组比较,实验组小鼠先后出现进 食减少、体重下降、后肢无力,严重者后肢完全瘫痪; anisomycin 治疗组小鼠的临床体征较 EAE 组明显减轻; anisomycin 治疗组和 EAE 组的脑组织 HE 染色表现为小血管周围炎症细胞 浸润,呈袖套状。Anisomycin 治疗组的炎症细胞浸润较 EAE 组明显减轻。结论:anisomycin 能明显缓解 EAE 的临床体征和炎症细胞浸润。 关键词:茴香霉素;髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白; 实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 中图分类号:R-332 Preliminary effect of anisomycin on Experimental Autoimmune Encephalolmylitis Sun Manman, Xing Feiyue, Liu Song (Department of Immunobiology, Institute of Tissue transplantation and Immunology, Jinan University, GuangZhou 510632) Abstract: Objective:Anisomycin was used to treat Experimental Allergic Encephalomylitis in vivo to observe in vivo effect. Methods: Each female C57BL/6 mouse was immunized subcutaneously with 200 μg of MOG35-55. All mice were randomly distributed into three groups: normal control, EAE and anisomycin groups. The mice were intraperitoneally treated with anisomycin for one week. And the control group and the EAE group were injected intraperitoneally with an equal volume of PB
