摘要
近年来,苏州市电子产业持续高速增长,成为苏州经济快速发展的主要动力。但在资源与环境的双重约束下,苏州电子产业面临较大的转型升级压力。本文首先阐述了苏州电子产业转型升级的背景,其次介绍了苏州电子产业转型升级的优势条件,主要从充满活力的城市经济,突出的区位和产业规模优势,不断改善的产业结构等,然后剖析了苏州电子产业转型升级存在的主要问题,包括落后的生产性服务业,薄弱的产业技术力量,自有品牌培育能力较低,导致核心品牌的缺乏,以及筹资渠道狭窄,企业融资存在困难。最后有针对性从打造品牌优势,推进企业技术创新,培养高素质创新人才,加强政策扶持,寻找新的利润增长点等方面提出促进苏州电子产业转型升级的对策措施。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the electronics industry in Suzhou is developing with a high speed. The electronics industry has ed a major driving force for rapid economic development. However, under the dual constraints of resources and the environment, the Suzhou electronics industry is facing greater pressure on transformation and upgrade. Firstly it explains the background of the transformation and upgrading of the electronics industry in Suzhou, followed it analyzed the transformation and upgrading of processing trade of Ningbo's advantages. Mainly from the vibrant urban economy, prominent advantages of location and scale of the industry, the constant improvement of industrial structure. hen it analyzes the main issues of the electronics industry in Suzhou. Including producer services undeveloped, low technological content of products, less able to cultivate its own brand, leading to a lack of core brands, and the narrow channels of funding, corporate finance is difficult. Finally,it proposes countermeasures to promote the electronics industry in Suzhou from building brand,promoting technological innovation,strengtheningn policy support,and cultivating high quality talents and developing producer services.
