摘要
当前,我国已成为世界上重要的旅游目的地之一。大量事实表明,游客对
旅游目的地的感知不仅与旅游景观资源的类型和品位有关,也同景区旅游解说
系统的优劣关系极大。国外对旅游解说的研究从 20 世纪 60 年代已经开始,在
理论研究与实际应用方面都取得了长足的发展与进步。而我国开展对旅游解说
的研究相对较晚,并且,在实践中对旅游解说系统建设的重要性尚无足够的重
视。尝试通过对五台山景区旅游解说系统进行剖析和研究,以期科学合理地构
建景区旅游解说系统,为推动我做出贡献。
选取五台山景区作为研究区,以国内外旅游解说的相关理论为指导,在对
旅游解说系统理论研究与应用进行归纳总结的基础上,提出五台山景区旅游解
说系统构建的原则与框架。经过实地调研,指出了五台山景区旅游解说系统存
在的问题,如旅游解说媒介类型不完备、旅游解说内容单一;导游结构不合理
及导游专业素质不高等。同时,通过问卷调查对五台山景区游客的人口特征、
游览特征及旅游解说需求进行分析。基于相关数据分析,旅游心理学、传播学、
旅游体验理论、可持续旅游理论等基础理论研究,及对旅游解说系统构成要素
的分析,以 SMRM 模式为基础,构建了五台山景区旅游解说系统,包括旅游解说
资源、旅游解说受众、旅游解说媒介和旅游解说评估体系、旅游解说反馈体系,
并以突出五台山景区佛教文化为目标对旅游解说系统进行构建。其中,尝试对
五台山景区旅游解说评估体系与旅游解说反馈体系建设提出构想,通过对旅游
解说系统评估与反馈建设,促进其不断完善,进而达到最好的应用效果。

Abstract
At present, China has e one of the most important tourist destinations in
the world. Lots of facts indicated that tourist experience is not only related to type
and quality of the resource, but also related to the quality of interpretation. Study
on tourism interpretation abroad has achieved great development and progress on the
theoretical research and practical applications since 1960's, but in China, the study
on tourism interpretation begun relatively late, and in practice the importance of
building interpretation system is not paid sufficient attention. Through studying on
the interpretation system of Mountain Wutai to form a scientific interpretation system
to contribute to the improvement of the research level of interpretation system in our
country.
The Mountain Wutai has been chosen as the research object area. Based on
summarizing the domestic and international study and practice on tourism
interpretation to propose principles and frame of the tourism interpretation system of
Mountain Wutai guided by the domestic and international related theories on tourism
