姓名: 学号: 指导教师: 日期: 空调遥控器后盖注塑模具设计 摘要 本文主要利用绘图软件PRO/E Wildfire 。以此来了解现代模具行业模具设计的流程和步骤,为日后从事模具设计工作打下基础并积累经验。 设计的主要内容如下:首先运用Pro/Engineer进行空调遥控器后盖塑件三维造型设计;然后运用Pro/E的Plastlc Advisor模块进行了喷头塑件的模流分析;接下来就是注射机的选择和浇注系统、成型零件、合模机构、脱模机构和冷却系统等设计;最后运用AutoCAD绘制模具零件图和装配图。 关键词:PRO/E;模具设计;AutoCAD 全套图纸,加153893706 Based On Pro / E Remote Control Rear Air Conditioning and Injection Mold Design And 3D Modeling ABSTRACT In this paper, using drawing software PRO / E Wildfire cover the remote control for air conditioning design and mold design. Design of the main contents are as follows: First, the use of Pro / Engineer for Air conditioning remote control three-dimensional plastic parts cover design; and the use of Pro / E's Plastlc Advisor module of the nozzle mold flow analysis of plastic parts; next step is the selection and injection machine Gating system, molding parts, mold bodies, stripping institutions and cooling systems design ; Finally, we use AutoCAD drawing die part and assembly drawings.
