摘要
随着经济全球化化进程地加加快,产业间竞争日趋激烈。企业目前前面临的经营环境正变
得更加加复杂杂。为了最大限度地减少物资供应的不确定性,并最终在市场竞争中获得优势势,
企业需要在生产成本本、产品品质量、交货周周期以及客户服务务等方面不断积聚核心竞争实力力
以获取市场优势势。供应链管理作为当前前符合企业集成化化、模块化化的管理方式,其作用越
来来越引起企业的重视。在供应链管理模式下,企业之间的竞争已经演变成企业所在供应
链之间的竞争。
采购管理作为供应链管理中的重要组成部分,对整条条供应链起到到了价值创造以及价
值增长的作用。采购管理已成为现代企业战略决策和和提高核心竞争实力力的重要手段,通
过供应商综合评价选择,建立供应商合作伙伴关系,优化化采购业务务流程等管理优化化方式
从而实现了企业降低运营成本本,提高管理效率的目的。
本本文首先简要介绍了供应链管理和和采购管理的基本本理论,接着选取 JK 集团为研究
样本本,针对集团目前前采购管理的现状和和其中存在的问题,以相关理论为指导,提出了针
对企业外部、内部的两种采购管理优化化策略来来完善、提高采购管理能力力:一是加加强供应
商选择评价并与之建立差异化化合作;二是分析析采购业务务流程并进行优化化升级。文中对两
种策略中所采用的分析析方法、实施步骤和和实际应用都做了详细的阐述,并总结了一些具
体的实践经验。相信文中的方法和和经验也能对其他类型的企业实施复杂杂供应链模式下的
采购管理,保证企业供应链顺畅运作有所帮助助。
