分类号密级株洲悦龙湾度假村景观规划设计研究生姓名:杨虎指导教师姓名、职称: 贺微粒副教授学科专业: 艺术设计研究方向: 环境艺术设计湖南工业大学二〇一三年五月三十日 I 摘要随着我国社会经济的发展, 城市规模的不断扩张, 大面积的农田与湿地被开发和占用, 生态环境遭到严重破坏, 基于这种现状, 以湖南本土农耕文化为主题的生态农业观光度假村的景观规划设计与研究具有重大意义。结合株洲悦龙湾度假村的具体情况,将其规划成融观光、旅游、娱乐、休闲、度假、生产示范、科技研发为一体的, 突显新农村建设为主题的生态农业旅游观光度假村, 以农耕景观、乡野环境、农事生产活动及传统的民俗展示等为主, 满足游客对于休闲、体验、娱乐等活动的需求是本设计的特点。规划总体结构为: 一湖、两岸、三带、七大功能区, 以水为脉, 以新农村建设发展为轴。通过对主导思想的把握, 结合仙庾岭自然的山形水势和生态特质现状, 从宏观上把整个度假村划分为七大区域, 构成园区的景观主题框架。悦龙湾度假村由疗养别墅区、农业体验区、特种水产养殖区、亲水活动区、湿地植物观赏区、百草园区、现代农业经济作物区等功能区域组成。本课题在前人研究的基础上, 结合株洲悦龙湾度假村的设计实例, 以五感设计学和生态景观学的相关学科理论为支撑, 提出了景观疗法这一创新点。笔者借鉴人体工程学的理论知识, 将人体五官对于风景园林中各种信息的感受, 作为设计理论的基础, 加之吸取了森林疗法的诸多特质, 结合具有地方特色的农业景观, 衍生出新型景观疗法。 II 让游人在参与中不但可以得到体力上的锻炼, 还能获得愉悦身心的效果。关键词: 度假村景观, 五感设计, 景观设计 III ABSTRACT With the development of the economics and the process of the urbanization, a large area of field and wet lands are occupied. Our ecological environment is suffering from heavy damage nowadays. On account of these circumstances, it is a great significance to take Hunan local farming culture as subject to planning and study the landscape of ecological, agricultural and sight- seeing holiday village. Combined with the practical situation of Zhuzhou YueLongWan holiday v illage, it is necessary to planning it as a whole of merging in tourism, entertainment, relaxation, vacation, production model and technology. Furthermore, the feature of the planning is to highlight the theme of the New Construction of the Rural Areas, an d build an ecological, agricultural and sight- seeing holiday village. The principle of this kind of new village is to show agriculture landscape, rural environment, farming activities and traditional folk customs so that it can meet visitors’ demands for l eisure and entertainment.
