摘要
随着高等教育从精英教育向大众教育的过渡,高等教育质量问题倍受社会
各界的普遍关注,在规模扩张的基础上如何保证高等教育的质量此时就显得尤
为重要。但由于我国对高等教育质量评价的研究起步较晚,教育质量评价的实
践还不成熟,所以难免在教育质量评价的实践中存在一些问题,其问题主要表
现为:评价目的过于功利化、评价主体的单一性、评价指标统一性、评价方法
的单一性、封闭性。其中一些问题严重阻碍了高等教育质量评价的发展和提高。
因此如何改进其存在的问题,提高高等教育的质量水平是推动高等教育的发展、
保证高等教育质量水平不断提高的前提。
20 世纪 60 年代出现的西方文化思潮——后现代主义,其影响力遍及各个领
域,其对教育理念的冲击引发了后现代教育理论的产生,后现代教育理论强调
的反思、批判、多元化的理念。论文系统地介绍了后现代教育目的观、课程观、
师生观、研究观等,通过分析研究高等教育质量评价理论的发展,发现目前高
等教育质量评价中目的、主体、方法等方面存在的不足,同时寻求后现代教育
理论与高等教育质量评价二者的契合点,从而对高等教育质量评价的很多方面
进行研究包括对评价目的、评价主体、评价指标、评价方法等方面的研究。

Abstract
With the transition of the higher education from elite education to mass education , the quality
of higher education es the general concern of munity. It is particularly important at
this time that how to ensure the quality of higher education based on the scale expansion. However,
due to the late start of the research on our higher education quality evaluation and immature
practice of higher education quality evaluation, it is inevitable that there exist some problems in the
practice of higher education quality evaluation. The problem mainly as follows: the utilitarian of the
evaluation purpose , the unity of the evaluation subject, the unity of the evaluation index, the unity
and closure of the evaluation method and the imperfect of the evaluation and monitoring system.
And some of these problems seriously hindered the development and improvement of the quality of
higher education quality evaluation. It is the premise that how to solve the existing problems and
improve the quality of higher education to promote the development of higher education and to
ensure the continuous improvement the quality level of higher education.
The post-modernism which is a kind of western cultural thoughts appeared in 1960s influences
