大黄为蓼科蓼属多年生草本植物大黄(Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei)的根及根茎,
是一种常用中药。植物资源丰富,分布于全国各地。本文报告了大黄近现代的
成分和大黄酸的药理研究和制备研究的现状
1采用现代分离分析技术,对蓼科大黄进行氯仿提取物化学成分的研究。
本文对大黄根和根茎进行了化学成分的研究。利用柱色谱等分离手段分离了
8 个化合物,鉴定了其中的 7 化合物,根据理化常数和波谱数据分析分别鉴定
为大黄酚(chrysophnol)、大黄素甲醚(physcion)、二十四碳酸甘油酯
(tetracosanoyl-glyceride)、大黄素(emodin)、β-谷甾醇(sitosterol)、芦荟大黄
素(aloe-emodin)、大黄酸(rhein)。
2采用现代合成手段,对大黄中蒽醌化合物大黄酸的半合成研究。
本文是关于蒽醌类化合物抗肿瘤药物的研究,详细介绍了蒽醌类抗肿瘤的作
用机制,临床疗效。重点研究大黄酸的提取分离和合成的工艺以大黄酚和大黄素
甲醚的混合物为原料,合成大黄酸。并对其中关键步骤,脱甲基和氧化反应进行了
讨论和改进。通过酸水解药材粉末,用氯仿提取,经过乙酰化、氧化,水解过
程把大黄酚制备成植物中含量低、药理活性高的大黄酸。

Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei is one of traditional Chinese medicines mon use
with its radix and is a member of Polygonum Linn..Abundant in natural
resoures, this species haswide distribution in chemical constitution of the
extract from rheum and semisythesis of rhein were studied.
1Studies on chemical constitution of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei
In this dissertation,studies on chemical constitution of the radix and rhizome of
Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei are presented. pounds were isolated from the radix
and rhizome of Radix Et Rhizoma them,pounds` structures
were identified on the ground of physical,chemical properties and spectral data. The
pounds respectively are chrysophnol,physcion, tetracosanoyl- glyceride , β–
sitosterol ,aloe-emodin , emodin , rhein .
