摘要
本建筑位于海州市中心的某处,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,耐久年限为50年。²,层数为16层,。现浇钢筋混凝土楼盖,维护结构为240厚砌块填充墙。楼梯采用板式楼梯,全部为防火楼梯,基础为住下独立基础。
本工程以合理化、人性化、节能化为设计理念。以安全、经济为宗旨。本建筑抗震设防烈度为7度,场地为Ⅱ类场地。本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分:
建筑设计阶段进行了总体方案设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计以及屋面、楼梯及墙体等构造设计,完成了建筑设计说明及有关施工图。
结构设计阶段进行了结构平面布置、估算截面尺寸、荷载计算、框架计算、侧移验算、抗震计算、内力计算、内力组合及构件设计等工作,在进行截面抗震设计时,为保证延性框架要遵循“强剪弱弯,强柱弱梁,强节点弱构件强锚固”的设计原则,且满足构造要求、并完成了结构设计说明及标准层结构平面布置、框架配筋图、楼梯、基础结构施工图。

Structural design phase of the structural layout, estimating section size, load calculation, calculation framework, lateral checking, seismic calculations, internal force, internal position ponent design work, conducting seismic cross-section design, the framework to be followed to ensure the ductility "strong shear weak bending, strong column and weak beam, strong strong anchor node ponent" design principles, and to meet the structural requirements and instructions plete the structural design and standard layer structure layout, frame reinforcement plan
