虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝的生药鉴定

【摘要】目的建立虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝两种菌类药材的生药鉴定方法。方法从形态特征、显微特征、理化性质方面对虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝两种真菌进行系统观察和鉴别,采用紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)法对两种真菌的乙醇提取物进行表征区分。结果两者在形态特征、显微特征、理化性质、紫外吸收方面均呈现出不同。结论该鉴定方法操作简便,重复性好,测定结果准确,可作为虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝两种菌类药材的鉴定依据。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the identification methods for the sclerotium of Pleurotus tuber-regium(Fr.)Sing and Lignosus rhinoceros(Cooke) overall survey and distinguish the two Rinds of fungus on morphological, microscopic identification,physical and chemical character,and to determine the absorption of the ethanol extract by UV-Vis two kinds of fungus were distinct on morphologic, microscopic identification,physical and chemical chara

虎奶菇为侧耳科植物虎奶菇Pleurotus tuber-regium(Fr.) Sing的菌核,是产于热带和亚热带地区的一种珍稀食药用菌,主产于非洲,在我国只分布于少数地区,如云南省藤冲、章风两县。具有提高人体免疫力、止咳等功效[1]。

虎乳灵芝,为多孔菌科虎乳灵芝Lignosus rhinocerus(Cooke)Ryv的菌核,主要分布于中国、马来西亚、菲律宾、斯里兰卡、澳大利亚和其他国家(东非),我国主要分布于海南省保亭黎族自治县,具有治疗肝癌、慢性肝炎、肝热、胃病的作用[2]。

虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝两种菌类药材有一定的相似性,到目前为止还未见二者的生药鉴定标准。本研究拟通过对虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝进行生药鉴定,从性状特征、显微特征、理化性质等方面进行比较,并用UV-Vis光谱手段进行表
