毕业设计说明书东疆港区集装箱码头 2 号泊位设计梁板式高桩码头结构学 生姓名高杰专 业名称港口航道与海岸工程专业班 级 06 级港口工程 2班指 导教师吕美君高级工程师土木工程系 2010 年6月 20日学号 06260209 东疆港区集装箱码头 2 号泊位工程设计梁板式高桩码头结构 Dongjiang Port Container Terminal Berth Design Beam Piling Wharf Structure 摘要本次设计的港址是位于天津港东疆港区。码头类型为集装箱码头。根据设计工艺要求,码头总长度为 660 米,码头前沿停泊水域宽 70 米,最大可安全地停靠第三代集装箱船。仓库和堆场面积及分布根据货物量决定。码头前沿设计水深 米。码头分为 10段,每段长 63m 。前方桩台长 30m ,后方桩台长 38m 。该码头为整体装配梁板式高桩码头。面板采用预制板,搭接在纵梁上。纵梁分为装卸桥轨道梁、一般纵梁和边纵梁,纵梁搭在桩帽上。纵梁按刚性支撑连续梁计算。横向排架间距为 7米,横梁采用钢筋混凝土叠合梁。重点部分是横向排架计算,采用桩两端为铰接柔性桩台的计算方法。对横梁、面板进行内力、配筋计算和抗裂验算。桩采用的是预制预应力空心方桩,对桩的承载力进行验算。关键词: 集装箱; 高桩码头; 结构布置; 横向排架 ABSTRACT The design of the port site is located in Tianjin Dongjiang Port .The type of pier is container terminal . According to the design process requirements ,the pier is660 meters in length ,the water front parkof the pier is70 meters,calling at maximum security to the third generation of container ships . Warehouse and yard area and volume of distribution of the decision of the goods .The front design depth of the pier is meters,but just is required,so not digging it. The pier assembly asa whole beam piling wharf. Panel is prefabricated panels, overlapping in the longitudinal beam . Stringer into crane beam, the general longitudinal and side rails, rails resting on pile cap. Due to time constraints of the design only to goout and cantilever crane track the specific parts and general longitudinal calculation. Longitudinal support beam by rigid calculation. Transverse distance of7 meters of reinforced concrete beams posite beam. Personal key part of Transverse using pile hinged at both ends of the calculation method for the specific calculations, see later. Pile with the precast hollow, because the design of the relatively long pile, the pile of reinforced concrete need todo further research, sodonot go into detail here, piles of Reinforcement.
