3 适用范围
本方案适用于中铁十九局集团有限公司石武客专河南段项目部四分部史凹跨济东高速公路特大桥的跨孟姜女河连续梁部分,具体墩号为42#至45#。
4 工程概况
设计概况
四分部史凹跨济东高速公路特大桥的跨孟姜女河连续梁部分起讫里程分别为DK594+~DK594+,为预应力现浇连续梁。
承台都为矩形两层台,其中42#、45#××,××;43#、44#主墩承台尺寸为1
××3m,××2m。
42#~45#、、、。43#、44#两个主墩的承台基坑采用四周打拉森钢板桩进行防护的方式,而42#、45#两个主墩的承台基坑则采用平行路线方向的两边打槽钢,另外两边放坡进行防护的方式。
墩柱采用双线圆端型桥墩,~,全部属高空作业。桥墩采用搭设脚手架进行施工。
梁体为单箱单室、斜腹板、变高度、变截面结构。,~。,计算跨度为(32+48+32)m,,,,,梁底下缘按二次抛物线变化,。采用悬臂挂篮施工的方法。
