【摘要】塑料注射模 CAD 标准模架的尺寸组合种类繁多,为便于计算机处理这些数据和图形,
根据模架类型和主要参数,设计了标准模架的参数型编码,用三段、六个变量来表示标准模架,这
样,通过输入已确定的工件参数和相关条件,计算机便可选定所需标准模架,从而减少了模具的设
计过程,为实现参数绘图奠定了基础.

The coding of standard mold carrier on plastic injection mold in CAD

Abstract In CAD of the plastic injection mold , there are lots of types of mold carriers and binations of
dimensions. In order to deal with such information , the parametric coding of a mold carrier is introduced. It has
three sections with six variables to identify standard mold carriers. After being inputted the dimensions and the other
features of workpieces , puter will select a suitable mold carrier easily. On the other hand , the parametric
coding is the base puter drawing.

塑料注射模 CAD 中,标准模架的类型和系列规格的选择是依据国家标准《中小型模架》
( GB/ 12556. 1 - 90) 及《大型模架》( GB/ 12555. 1 - 90) . 标准中包含的信息十分丰富,其可能的
尺寸组合接近 105 种. 为了在设计中便于计算机处理庞大的数据及图形,我们对模架设计了参
数型编码.
设计参数型编码是为了把近 105 种不同规格的模架,压缩成十分简洁的数据库. 同时,也
