摘 要：产业集群对国家和地区经济增长具有重要的作用，成为国内外学者研究和关注的焦点。农业产业集群作为产业集群的一个重要组成部分，其发展状况对缓解三农问题，创建和谐社会有重要意义。研究报告从农户角度入手，运用产业集群理论，以寿光屯西村案例进行研究，阐述寿光产业集群发展的现状，论述在产业集群形成、发展各个时期中介组织、政府支持、技术进步对农户行为和集群发展的影响，认为农业产业集群的发展还应重视农户间的协作，通过创品牌、调结构提高集群质量和竞争力。

Research on the Position and Function of Farmers in Agricultural Industry Cluster
——With the Sample of the Vegetable Industry Cluster of Shouguang

Abstract：Industrial clusters play an important role in both regional and national economic growth and become the focus of domestic and foreign scholars and researchers. Agriculture as an industrial cluster is an important part of the cluster, and its development is vital to alleviate rural issues and create a harmonious society. Starting from the point of farmers, this report studies the case of Shouguang Tun Village by use of industrial cluster theory, describes the current status of development of industrial clusters in Shouguang and discusses how the intermediary organizations, government support and technical progress affect household behavior in the development and formation of industrial clusters in different periods. Agricultural industry cluster should also focus on collaboration among farmers by brand and adjusting the structure to improve the quality and competitiveness of the cluster force.
