中小企业财务管理问题分析及对策研究

扌商要 现如今，经济全球化的影响不断加深，不管是在发展中国家还是发达国家， 中小企业对于国民经济的支撑和保持社会稳定等方面都发挥着至关重要的作用。中小企业在我 国经济结构中也是最活跃和最具竞争力的经济成分，多年的改革实践证明了中小企业发展促进 了我国产业结构的优化，同时成为启动百姓投资和拓宽就业渠道的重要力量。加速中小企业的 发展，能够为国民经济持续稳定增长打下坚实的基础。但是随着经济的发展，中小企业财务管 理上存在的投资能力弱、融资困难、内部控制制度不完善、缺乏高素质人才以及财务信息系统 不完善都暴露了岀来，这诸多财务管理问题都影响到了中小企业的长远发展，本文着重对中小 企业财务管理问题进行分析和探讨，并对解决对策进行研究。

Abstract Nowadays, the influence of economic globalization continues to deepen, whether in developed countries or developing countries, small and medium-sized enterprises to national economy and maintaining social stability has played a vital role in. Economic composition of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chinas economic structure is the most active and most competitive, many years of reform experience proves that the development of small and medium-sized enterprises to promote the optimization of industrial structure in China, and become an important force to start people investment and broaden the channels of employment. To accelerate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, for sustainable and stable growth of national economy and lay a solid foundation.
