摘要
节能是当前社会各个领域内人们共同关注的热点问题,性能、成本和能源已成为通信
网规划设计中的主要考虑因素。基于节能目的的绿色通信网技术在无线领域已经比较成
熟,有线领域的节能研究近几年也逐渐引起了研究人员的兴趣。
通信网中的节能可以分为设备级、路由级和网络拓扑级三个层次,将节能方法运用在
能量感知的系统设计、网络设计以及协议设计中。在网络中业务量和链路利用率都较低的
情况下,通过一定的控制方法引导网络业务流重定向,从而使部分节点和链路关闭或处于
低能耗状态,进而达到对能源的有效管理及利用。
为实现通信网络需求的定性和定量分析,从而进行网络规划设计,需根据不同网络性
能特点建立相应数学模型。大多数情况下,网络规划可归纳为一定约束条件下寻找目标函
数最优解的混合线性规划过程。本文在调查当前绿色通信规划和设计技术现状及方法的基
础上,提出了同时包含节点及链路代价的规划和优化算法,通过不同路径上的业务流移动
来寻找该算法下目标函数的最优解,相应的关闭和开启必要的节点和链路,进而达到节能
的目的。最后通过若干拓扑实例对不同业务流规划算法进行了分析和验证,并与仅考虑链
路代价的不同路径业务流移动算法性能结果对比,证实了同时考虑节点和链路代价的路由
规划算法在解决通信网的路由规划问题时的性能优势。

Abstract
Energy saving has e a hot research issue, performance cost and energy has e
the main considerations in the planning and design works. When green
energy research in work is relatively mature, the field of wired
work has attracted increasing interest of researchers in recent years.
Energy saving in works may focus on individual element level, route
level and work topology level. Power-awareness can be used on system design, network
design and protocols design. When work traffic and link utilization are low. Network
traffic redirection can be guided under certain methods, so that part of the nodes and the links are
off or in low-power state, thus achieving effective management of energy and utilization.
In order to make some quantitative and qualitative analysis work planning problem,
some mathematical models for the certain type works are established. Communication
network planning can mostly be summarized as a mixed linear program problem, which can get
the best suitable answers under certain constraints. Based on the current methods and
technologies of green planning and design on work, the thesis proposes an
algorithm which considering both of nodes and links cost. According to flow devia
