目的:通过测定某皮革生产企业车间空气中二甲基甲酰胺的浓度,以及对接触工
人进行职业健康检查并检测尿中甲基甲酰胺和二甲基甲酰胺的含量,观察二甲基甲酰
胺对接触工人健康的影响及其特点,为预防二甲基甲酰胺职业危害提供参考。
方法:1、调查对象:昆山市使用二甲基甲酰胺的某皮革生产企业,选择其中接
触二甲基甲酰胺的工人113人;按照年龄、性别和工龄配比选取其他企业中不接触二
甲基甲酰胺及其他职业病危害因素的工人100人作为对照。 2、调查方法:按照国家
职业健康检查规范对接触二甲基甲酰胺的工人进行体检,并检测职业史、内科常规、
血压、心率、肝脾B超、血常规、尿常规、胸透、心电图、肝功能、乙肝五项、尿中
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和N-甲基甲酰胺含量;同时检测相应作业场所空气中二甲基甲酰胺
的浓度。
结果:生产车间空气中二甲基甲酰胺的浓度均未超过国家职业卫生标准;二甲基
甲酰胺接触组的心电图异常率、肝脾B超异常率、肝功能异常率高于对照组;接触工
人的尿中均检出甲基甲酰胺,-,±
mg/L,其中21人检出二甲基甲酰胺,-,±
mg/L,二甲基甲酰胺接触工人尿中甲基甲酰胺和二甲基甲酰胺的检出率分别为100%
%,对照组均未检出。

Abstract
Objective:
Detecte the N,N-dimethylformamide concentration in the air at the workplace of a
leather factory , physical examination was executed and determine N ,
N-dimethylformamide , N-methylformamide in urine , observe influence of N ,
N-dimethylformamide to health,then provide theory to prevention.
Methods:
1、Respondent:choose a leather factory using N,N-dimethylformamide in Kunshan,
and choose 113 workers of occupational exposure to N,N-dimethylformamide from the
factory as exposed group. Control group:100 workers were chose in the panies
from the back office and administrative staff according to the age,gender and seniority.
2、Investigation methods: physical examination was executed to workers of
occupational exposure to N,N-dimethylformamide, By occupational health checks,
requirements for occupational history, medical practice, blood pressure, heart rate, the liver
and spleen B, blo
