钛白副产硫酸亚铁制取云母氧化铁颜料的研究

[ 摘要 ] 对以钛白副产硫酸亚铁为原料 、利用水热法生产云母氧化铁颜料的工艺进行了研究. 利用 XRD 和 SEM 对产品 进行了分析 ,得出了反应介质浓度 ,结晶温度和结晶时间对结晶反应和产品的影响规律. 采用 HO为氧化剂 ,氨水为沉淀 22
2 - () 剂生成前驱物 Fe OH,NaOH 碱液为水热反应介质 ,解决了 SO的去路问题 ,使反应介质 NaOH 能循环利用. 3 4

【Abstract】 The preparing process of micaceous iron oxide pigments was studied by the hydrothermal method from the
ferrous sulfate by produced in the production of titanium dioxide . XRD and SEM were used to analyze the product . The law
that the reactive medium ,hydrothermal temperature and reaction time influenced the crystallization and the characteristics
of product was obtained. HOwas used as oxidizing agent ,ammonia water was used as precipitate to born precursor 2 2
2 - () Fe OHand NaOH alkali liquid was used as reactive medium. The preparing process handled the question of SO,and 3 4
made the reactive medium be recycled.
