The synchronization problem of the face-sheet and bottom-sheet is the key problem of the semi-automatic laminator , the problem will be well solved if the new machine can be produced in future. Semi-automatic laminating machine generally feeding department, the glue parts, put pressure on the former m inistry ofp lanning, m inistry of pressure feeding of four parts. It posed ofa rtificial feed, automatic gluing and automatic lamination. As the semi-automatic laminating machine isnow more mature, so laminating machine feeding department, put pressure on the structure of the d epartment has no more improvement. Most of the d epartment of glue will keep the original structure, and the need to improve the adhesive t ransmission d esign d epartment. In the course of the configuration development it will concern the calculation of cylindrica l gear,worm,worm wheel and axis and soon. The improvement will at last achieve the target that it can meet the ± 3mm pasting precision when the machine is running ata high speed. In the type of drive selects the chain drive, it’s transmission is steady, and it makes and installs the accuracy requirement tobe low, and moreover adjusts simply. It may increase the cover precision and the working efficiency effectively, and it is the best type of drive.
