摘 要
枳壳为芸香科植物枸橘、酸橙、香圆或玳玳花等将近成熟的果实。植物形态像“枸橘”、“枳实”、“香橼”、“玳玳花”条。而本次毕业设计是关于枳壳自动切割机的设计，是一种中药饮片枳壳加工机械。该机结构紧凑，设计简单，易操作，主要由机架，传动机构，压料机构，传送机构，切割机构组成。其特征是将从料斗进入切割槽的枳壳进行剖半处理，然后将剖半的枳壳通过输送槽输送到出料口阴干、风干或微火烘干。这样就能以工业生产规模将枳壳自鲜果经剖半直接加工成半球状，工作效率高，成品质量高而稳定，使手工制作枳壳饮片的状况得到根本改观。加工料7～8月采收时直径为5～6厘米，烘干后直径为3～5cm，形状为球形，～。这就对机械加工提供了数据要求：
