多锯片枝桠粉碎机的设计
摘要
本课题所设计的多锯片枝桠粉碎机主要用于木耳、金针磨等菌类培养基原料的制取。因为该粉碎机摒弃了传统粉碎机先切片、再粉碎烘干的流程,直接进料制取木屑,故要求其结构简单,体积小,移动方便,容易操作。因此,本机在结构设计上有一定的特殊性。
本机的机架采用了铸件以减少主机的震动,降低了整机的重心;发动机和主轴用皮带传动,缓和了载荷的冲击;带轮采用了孔板式带轮,方便吊装,减轻了带轮重量;主轴通过两个深沟球轴承与机架相连;带轮和主轴之间用平键连接;锯片组由12个圆盘锯片、11个垫片组成,两侧各由一个压盘紧紧固定。此机适合于小径级枝桠材、间伐材的加工。

Abstract
The design of this topic multi-blade branch grinder is mainly used for the production of the Edible fungus medium. Some edible fungus like agaric and needle mushroom. Because the grinder abandons the traditional grinder first section, then smash drying process. Feed directly to make the sawdust. So ask its simple structure, small volume, convenient moving, easy to operate. Therefore, the machine in the design of the structure has certain particularity.
The rack of the machine uses casting to reduce the vibration of the host machine, reduce the whole machine’s center of gravity; The engine and principal axis with a belt transmission, mitigate the impact of the load; The belt wheel adopts the hole plate type belt wheel, convenient hoisting, reduces the weight of the belt wheel. The principal axis is connected with the rack of the machine through two deep groove ball bearings. Belt wheel and the principal axis connect with the flat key. The saw bit group is composed of 12 circular saw blades, 11 pads, each side is fixed with a platen tightly. This machine is suitable for the processing of small diameter class wood branches, thinning wood.
