分析我国工程机械租赁市场的发展之路
摘要：建筑工程机械租赁随着随着国家的、西电东送、南水北调、西部大开发、城镇化建设的实施和推进，国内工程机械租赁业发展良机正在到来。在一个供大于求的需求经济时代，企业成功的关键就在于，是否能够在需求尚未形成之时就牢牢的锁定并捕捉到它。
本文重点论述了两部分内容：首先，客观分析工程机械租赁的发展历程、功能特点、发展现状；其次，结合调查分析数据，重点分析我国工程机械租赁市场存在的问题和解决的方法。由于目前工程机械租赁市场不完整，各方面法规不齐全，导致双方争议日益增加，本文就工程机械租赁市场的有关问题进行初步探讨。

Analysis of construction machinery leasing market in China'sdevelopment road
Abstract: Construction Machinery Leasing with the country, power transmission from west to East, South to North Water Diversion Project, the western development, urbanization and the implementation of the reform, the development of domestic construction machinery leasing industry the opportunityis coming. In an oversupply of the demand of economic times, the key to business success is, whether can the demand has not yet formed is firmly locked and catch it.
This paper focuses on the two parts of contents: first, the objective analysis of construction machinery leasing development course, features, development status; secondly, combined with the survey data analysis, focusing on analysis of existing construction machinery leasing market in China and the solution. Due to the current construction machinery leasing market is not complete, theregulations are not complete, resulting in both dispute increases day by day, this paper carries on the preliminary discussion on the issues related to the rental market of construction machinery.
