万方数据 JW 集团财务风险分析 Dissertation Submitted to Hebei University of Technology for The Master Degree of Business Administration THE FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF THE JW GROUP by Lihong Zhao Supervisor: Prof. Li Ye 11, 2013 万方数据万方数据万方数据万方数据河北工业大学工商管理硕士( MBA )学位论文 i 摘 要 随着我国加入世界贸易组织,全球一体化经济形势的成长,企业的经营、生存与发展受世界经济冷暖的影响越来越大。特别是近年来,由于受国际金融危机的影响,企业的财务风险问题就突显出来,随之企业的生存与发展受到严重的挑战,企业之间的财务活动竞争愈加激烈。在这种大环境下,许多企业开始重视财务风险管理,以实现控制企业财务风险并优化企业资源配置,而集团公司由于在资源以及环境等方面因素限制,不易在多个行业都具有竞争优势,这就需要分析研究其相关各种经济指标,以便保障集团整体更好的生存与发展。本文从这一现状出发,通过对 JW 集团各项经营及财务指标的分析入手研究其财务风险状况,并对控制财务风险提出相应对策,以便降低和防控JW 集团的财务风险。 本论文首先介绍了财务风险的概况,借鉴当前国内外相关企业财务风险控制理论及方法,以及大环境下 JW 集团的财务现状、财务指标以及其未来发展方向和机会,利用杜邦分析法、杠杆分析法等一系列财务方法分析了JW 集团财务风险的成因和影响,提出了JW 集团财务风险控制的目标、原则和财务风险控制的内容步骤;概括了各种财务风险的类型及相关因素指标的涵义影响等。其次,通过 JW 集团筹资风险、投资风险、资金使用风险及收益分配风险的逐项分析,对 JW 集团经营和财务情况给出了正确评价,对 JW 集团财务风险的成因和风险类型进行了分析总结,对 JW 集团财务风险趋势进行了预测;还有针对性的提出了提升JW 集团资金使用风险控制对策、加强JW 集团财务活动的风险控制和提高 JW 集团的治理结构等控制财务风险的措施。最后,总结和说明涉及到对其它集团公司财务风险预防和控制之启示,并阐明论文研究的不足与局限,以及后续研究与展望等。 关键词: 集团公司财务风险财务分析风险控制万方数据 JW 集团财务风险分析 ii ABSTRACT With China's accession to the WTO and th e growth of economic situation of global integration, the management, survival and devel opment of the enterprise are affected by the global economy fluctuation more strongly. Especi ally in recent years, due to the influence of international financial crisis, the financial risk issues of an enterprise have e highlighted. As a result, the existence and development ha ve been threatened seriously with fierce competition of financial operation panies.
