　　摘要 为评估餐厨垃圾堆肥产品的肥效价值，对比商品有机肥和餐厨垃圾堆肥产品的异同，对这2种有机肥的基本性状、养分、重金属等指标分别进行检测。结果表明：商品有机肥与餐厨垃圾堆肥产品在多项指标上存在差异;餐厨垃圾堆肥产品中有机质、易氧化有机质、养分含量均高于商品有机肥;餐厨垃圾堆肥产品肥效潜力大，重金属含量低，是优良的有机肥料，%，，呈弱酸性，建议餐厨垃圾脱油处理后充分腐熟，以降低餐厨垃圾堆肥产品中粗脂肪含量，提高pH。

　　Abstract To evaluate the fertilizer value of kitchen waste compost products and compare the similarities and differences between commercial organic fertilizer and kitchen waste compost products， the basic characters， nutrients， heavy metals and other indexes of these two kinds of fertilizers were tested results showed that there were differences between commercial organic fertilizer and kitchen waste compost products， organic matter， easily oxidized organic matter and nutrient content in kitchen waste compost products were higher than those in commercial organic fertilizer， but the average crude fat content was %， and the pH average value was ，which was weakly was recommended that the kitchen waste would be fully decomposed after degreasing to reduce the crude fat content in the kitchen waste compost products and increase the pH.
