摘要
实践证明，人力资源作为现代企业的一种战略性资源，已经成为民营企业发展的关 键，而采用员工激励机制提高企业核心竞争力已成为民营企业的必要选择。但应如何有 效地激励员工，把他们的潜力挖掘出来，实现员工与公司的良好互动，共同成长？这些 问题确实值得认真研究。故本文作者选择以德行塑料五金制品有限公司的员工激励问题 为研究案例，文章从德行公司员工激励的现状分析出发，通过资料的收集与研究，找出 该公司在员工激励中存在的主要问题，论文接着较系统地阐述了这些问题，最后根据对 问题的分析制定出了相应的激励策略，从管理者做起；建立合理完善的激励制度、反馈 系统；物质激励与精神激励并重等。

ABSTRACT
Practice has proved that the human resources of a modern enterprise as a strategic resource, has become a key to the development of private enterprises, and the use of staff incentives enhance the core competitiveness of private enterprises has become a necessary choice. However, it should be how to effectively motivate staff, to dig out their potential and achieve a good staff with the company to interact and grow together? These problems are really worthy of serious study. Therefore, the authors choose to Chuangwei Plastics Hardware Products Co., Ltd. The issue of staff motivation to study the case, the article from the Chuangwei the status of employees incentive analysis, through data collection and research to identify the company's employees in the main incentive problem, followed by a more systematic papers on these issues, the final analysis based on the development of a corresponding incentive strategy, starting from the managers; a reasonable incentive to improve the system, feedback system; material both motivate and inspire the spirit and so on.
