摘要
变速器是汽车传动系的重要组成部分,其发展无疑代表着汽车工业的发展,它的设计也是汽车设计的一个重要部分。本设计的任务是设计一台用于微型车上的三轴式刚性支承结构变速器,以使变速器结构更加紧凑、合理,承载能力大,满足匹配微车发动机之所需。
本设计从后驱动变速器的总体方案开始,对传动系统的方案进行分析,档位的布置形式进行研究分析,变速器基本参数的选择,零部件结构方案的分析确定,同步器、操纵机构及箱体的设计选用。根据所配车型,结合上述参数,再结合汽车设计、汽车理论、机械设计等相关知识,计算出相关的变速器参数并论证设计的合理性。最终,用AutoCAD软件完成变速器装配图和零件图的绘制。
设计三轴式刚性支承结构变速器,以进一步提升后驱动变速器的性能,增加后驱动微型车市场,满足不同层次的需求。

ABSTRACT
Transmission is an important of automobile transmission ,it represents the development of the automobile industry,its design is also an important part of automotive design mission is a three-axis rigid support transmission designing for micro purpose is to enable the transmission has pact and reasonable structure,carry capacity of large,meet the needs of mini-car engines.
In this paper,from the beginning of the overall program of rear-wheel drive transmission,analyse the program of transmission basic parameters of the transmission,determine the structure of the ponents,design the synchronizer,manipulation of body and the to the model bine these parameters and the related knowledge of Auto Design,Automotive Theory,Mechanical design ,calculate related parameters of transmission and prove the rationality of the ,achieve the assembly drawing and parts chart to use the soft ware of AutoCAD.
Design the three-axis rigid support transmission to upgrade the performance of rear-wheel drive transmission,increase the market of rear-wheel drive mini-cars,in order to satisfy the needs of different levels.
