Flying like the geese
I am glad to stand here and talk about my topic: Flying like the geese. Now the title “flying ”is not the real definition as the birds fly. That means “learn to fly like the geese, learn about their group works and community”.
Especially to our students, they’re young, they need to learn more life skills and knowledge in the future. But how to learn those skills and adapt to the society ? They need to know one of the important skills is the sense of community. Just like the spirit of the geese Flying in V formation.
In autumn, when you see geese heading south for the winter, flying alone in “V” formation, you might consider why the reason they fly that way. By flying in this formation, the whole flock adds at least 71% greater flying range than if each bird flew on its own. When the head goose gets tired, another goose flies ahead instead, and if one goose falls out of the team ,others can get it back into this team by the flying powerful in front. Finally, the important thing is that they work in groups and protect each other.
We also teach students use the sense of community in our teaching method in class. There is another name means: group works. The activities can help students learn many things by cooperating with their peers, they need to communicate and discuss solutions .On the other hand
