本设计为以高产菌为出发菌株年产10吨透明质酸生产车间的初步设计。主要涉及到的工艺流程分为一级发酵、一次沉淀、溶解、过滤、二次沉淀、脱水、干燥等。生产菌株采用目前最高产的兽疫链球菌发酵。发酵时采用兽疫链球菌进行一级好氧发酵,发酵液用乙醇进行沉淀,去离子水进行溶解,丙酮进行脱水,电加热进行干燥。设计包括物料衡算,设备计算和选型,水、电、汽的估算,工艺流程的设计、主要生产车间(发酵和提取)的设计、车间设备平面布置的设计等内容。设备计算与选型是根据产量通过计算来确定设备的型号和尺寸。车间布置是对生产设备和其它设施进行合理布置并确定车间的大小。

Title An annual output of 10 tons of hyaluronic acid production plant preliminary design
Abstract
This is designed to high-yielding strains of bacteria as a starting annual output of 10 tons of hyaluronic acid production plant preliminary design. Mainly related to process divided into a fermentation, a precipitate, dissolving, filtering, secondary sedimentation, dehydration, drying. Producing strains currently used most productive fermentation of Streptococcus. Fermentation using Streptococcus conduct an aerobic fermentation, Fermentation broth by precipitation with ethanol, dissolved in deionized water, dehydrated in acetone, heated and design process including technology of oxytetracycline production, main production workshops (fermentation and extraction), the ground plan of workshop and equipment layout design, material accounting, calculation and selection of equipment, water, electricity, steam, such estimates of the content. Equipment models is to determine the type and size of equipment by calculating the volume of materials. Workshop set is to reasonably furnish the production equipment and other facilities and to determine a reasonable size workshop.
