【摘 要】目的：探讨复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法：选取2018年10月-2019年10月收治的76例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各38例。对照组采用复方甲硝唑栓治疗，观察组采用复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<），观察组复发率低于对照组（P<），观察组FSH和E2改善均显著优于对照组（P<）。结论：复方甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】老年性阴道炎;复方甲硝唑栓;雌激素软膏;疗效 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Compound Metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods: 76 cases of senile vaginitis from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly pided into control group and observation group, 38 cases each. The control group was treated with Compound Metronidazole suppository, and the observation group was treated with Compound Metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment.
