摘要
人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,也是企业发展中最关键的因素,而激励是 人力资源的重要内容,它是心理学的一个术语,指激发人的行为的心理过程。激 励这个概念用于管理,是指激发员工的工作动机,也就是说用各种有效的方法去 调动员工的积极性和创造性,使员工努力去完成组织的任务,实现组织的目标。 因此,企业实行激励机制的最根本目的是正确地引导员工的工作动机,使他们在 实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创 造性继续保持和发扬下去。由此也可以说激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上是决 定企业兴衰的一个重要因素,如何运用好激励机制就成为各个企业面临的一个重 要的问题。
针对这种形势,本课题将以XX有限公司为例,对该公司的激励机制的现状 和存在激励方式单一、激励机制呆板、公司领导层对激励机制有失偏颇、缺乏完 善的绩效考核制度、家族式管理等问题进行分析,为其提供了引才激励、留才激 励、用才激励、培训激励等措施与对策,进而为改善其管理水平和业绩,促进其 战略的实施和目标的实施,最终获得人才上的竞争力,从而为其他民营企业如何 完善激励机制提供经验参考。

Abstract
Human resources are strategic resources of the modern enterprise and the most important factor for the development of enterprise. Incentive is an important part of human resources, is a psychological term referring to the mental processes that stimulate human behavior. The concept of incentives for management is to excite staff motivation, which is to use a variety of effective ways to mobilize the staffs enthusiasm and creativity to work hard to complete the task and achieve organizational goals. Therefore, the most fundamental purpose of incentive mechanism is to guide the staff, let them achieve organizational goals as well as achieve their own needs, increase their satisfaction, so that their enthusiasm and creativity can continue to maintain and carry forward. So the quality of the use of incentive mechanisms is a very important factor for the Rise and fall of enterprise, and how to make good use of incentive mechanisms have become the companies9 major problem.
In this situation, this paper will take YOUXI (China- Guangzhou) Cosmetics Co., Ltd, for an example, and analyze the situation and problems of its incentive mechanisms to provide appropriate measures to promote the implementation of the strategy and objectives. Then achieve the staff competitiveness, which offers some experiences & references that how to improve incentive mechanisms for other private enterprises.
