细纱工序中减少毛羽的措施

摘要: 探讨细纱工序影响毛羽的因素及采取的措施。分析了纺纱毛羽的危害,从纺纱工艺、纺纱器材、
机械状态等方面采取了一系列减少毛羽的措施。指出:毛羽直接影响纱线的光泽、外观和织物的风格,应进一步
优化细纱纺纱工艺、纺纱器材等,加强对细纱机设备状态的维护,合理控制好车间的温湿度。认为:细纱工序采
取精细化管理技术措施,有利于降低纱线的毛羽,减少毛羽对后工序的影响。

Abstract Factors affecting hairiness in spinning process and measures taken were discussed. Hazards of
spinning hairiness were the aspects of spinning processing,spinning accessory and mechanical state,a
series of specific methods to reduce hairiness were adopted. It was pointed out that hairiness directly affected yarn
