I 摘要 2010 年, 中共中央、国务院印发了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要( 2010-2020 年) 》,在这个文件中,明确提出要建设高素质的教师队伍。教师提高自身素质的重要途径就是针对自己的教学活动进行反思。经常对自己的教学活动进行反思的教师可以及时更新自己的教育观念、改善教学行为、提升教学的质量,做到在教学实践和教学研究中处于主导地位,提高教师在日常教学工作的主动性和创造性。近年来,国内外对教师反思的研究逐渐增多,理论研究比较丰富,但是针对小学教师教学反思的研究较少,本研究试图把教学反思的重点放在小学教师的课堂教学上。通过问卷调查、实物分析法、访谈法等调查方法,对小学教师教学反思的现状进行系统的调查,并针对在调查中出现的问题提出可操作性的建议。全文共分四个部分:第一部分:问题的提出。阐述了本文的研究背景和研究意义。第二部分:国内外相关文献综述及重要概念界定。在这部分内容里,笔者梳理了国内外相关研究和国内相关研究,发现不足之处并确定本研究的立足点。第三部分:小学教师教学反思现状的调查。通过问卷调查、访谈和实物分析了解小学教师教学反思的现状, 发现存在的问题。通过调查发现,小学教师在教学反思的过程中存在的问题主要表现在反思意识比较淡薄、教师找不到准确的反思问题,反思不够深入、反思内容不全面、. 反思视角的狭窄、缺少对一个问题的系统研究、反思途径比较单一等方面。第四部分: 提高教师教学反思能力的建议。在对上述问题进行归因分析和讨论的基础上,笔者从学校和教师两方面提出了一些优化小学教师教学反思的建议。如学校方面要提供良好的环境,促进教师的反思,并且适时的对教师的教学反思进行指导,让教师掌握有效的反思方法。教师个人要做到提高反思意识、充实自己的理论基础、养成良好的反思习惯等。关键词: 教学反思;教师专业发展;问题; II Abstract In 2010, the CPC mittee and the State Council issued a “ National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planni ng Programs (2010-2020)”. In that paper, an explicit proposal is to construct a team of teachers with high quality.
