灯罩注塑模设计
【摘要】 通过灯罩注塑模设计，了解注塑模具架构的过程和原理，根据灯罩的构造对制件进展了工艺分析，提出合理的注射成型条件和成型工艺；对塑件的外表精度和外表质量进展了讨论；通过对灯罩注塑模的设计，对模架进展了确定，并设计了导向和定位机构；阐述模具浇注系统和脱模机构的设计方法；详细介绍了凹、凸模，型腔、型芯的构造设计；同时也对排气设计进展了讨论，并且对温度调节系统进展了检验和计算，还介绍了模具的功能构造等等；所设计的模具构造使制件可以可靠稳定的顶出，降低模具的复杂程度和制造本钱。
