辉县市人民检察院创新机制，全面推进机关管理
辉县市人民检察院全面推动规范执法活动，实现司法规范、管理规范的目标，以双“三位一体”强化检察队伍管理，即：建立“案件管理、控申、纪检”三位一体的业务管理制度，通过案管对案件流程的监督作用，控申对案件的反向审视监督作用和纪检对干警执纪执法的监督作用规范干警的执法行为；建立“人事、办公室、纪检”三位一体的综合管理制度，通过人事部门考勤监督，通过办公室会议、值班其他活动的检查监督，通过纪检监察部门的执法档案、纪律档案的建立规范干警的日常行为。
案件管理、控申、纪检监察”三位一体的业务管理制度
案管部门每月对各部门工作任务完成情况进行公示，发挥内部业务监督、监控作用；控告申诉部门针对反映本院干警执法不公的问题及时向党组反馈，发挥反向审视作用；纪检监察部门根据案管、控申部门的备案，为每一名办案干警建立执法风险档案，构建规范司法行为的“三位一体”机制。

案件管理部门主要通过案件受理、法律文书监管、涉案款物监管、案件流程监管、案件质量评查、案件统计分析、律师接待等工作，第一时间了解案件办理和执法信息
