华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要随着第三代移动通信技术的兴起,WCDMA以其先进的技术特征和丰富多彩的业务类型吸引了广大用户的关注,新的需求也正在萌芽和酝酿之中。为了获得决胜3G 市场的先机,各运营商积极准各3G网络兴建工作。在信息产业部“积极跟进、先行试验、培育市场、支持发展”原则指导下,中国移动积极参与了WCDMA网络的外场测试。中国移动目前是全球最大的GSM网络运营商,积累了丰富的GSM网络建设和运营经验。WCDMA系统的实现原理与GSM系统的实现原理相差甚远,因此本文总结了WCDMA与GSM无线网络规划的不同之处, 并在保定市WCDMA无线网络预规划中充分体现。对于中国移动来说,如何经济有效地建设一个WCDMA网络,让网络建设的性价比最大化是最值得关注的问题。无线网络规划的目标就是要达到容量、覆盖、质量和成本的平衡,实现最优化设计。本报告是以保定市为例,以商业运营为目标进行了保定WCDMA无线网络建设策略的研究,并在在此基础上进行了无线网络的预规划,最终用于指导保定市未来WCDMA网络建设。在保定WCDMA无线网络预规划中,业务模型的确定是前提,站址的选择是关键, 良好的网络覆盖和质量是最终耳标。在预规划中全面考虑了特殊场景的覆盖解决方案,并重点论述了室内分布系统的建设原则和实现方式。本文是在WCDMA网络测试和技术研究基础上出发、充分结合保定GSM网络话务量分布和资源情况而最终完成的,其中的WCDMA建设策略具有较强的指导性和实用性,保定WCDMA网络预规划具有一定的合理性和前瞻性,对即将到来的3G网络建设和运营有较大的参考价值。关键词: WCDMA 无线网络策略预规划 ll 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract With the development ofthe Third Generation munication(3G) ,featuring advanced technology andvariedbusiness patterns,begins tOattract more and more attention from thecustomers,which results in arapidly growing demand in theaim ofwinning 3Gmarket,work Operators all be卤n toprepare fortheconstruction work.
