全国第三届药用植物化学与中药新药研发技术创新研讨会中草药对氟中毒小鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响韦耀东’温晶2罗义雄2 黄靖茜3 (右江民族医学院 533000) 摘要:目的探讨甘草、金银花水提取液对氟中毒小鼠全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—.Px) 活性的影响,初步筛选对氟中毒有治疗作用的中草药方法实验时问为35天,在前15天将70只昆明种小鼠随机分为2组[即对照组、模型组],建立氟中毒动物模型,对照组10只,模型组60只, 雌雄各半。模型组每天每只腹腔注射NaF溶液( mg/m1) ml/kg,死亡6只,,无死亡。第16天将模型组剩余的54只小鼠分成氟中毒组(雄10只,雌 lO只)、甘草治疗组(雄7只,雌10只)、金银花治疗组(雄7只,雌lO只),每天注射NaF溶液()、对相应组进行中草药水提取液灌胃,。,。第35天剪尾巴取血测全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH —Px)活性。结果中毒组与对照组相比全血GSH—PX活性明显降低(t= P<);对照组与甘草治疗组相比无差异;甘草治疗组与中毒组相比活性明显增强(t= P<);中毒组与金银花治疗组相比无差异性;金银花治疗组与对照组相比活性明显降低(t= P<)结论实验结果证明,甘草水提取液对氟中毒小鼠全血中GSH-Px活性有明显增强作用,疗效明显;金银花水提取液对氟中毒小鼠全血中GSH—Px活性无明显影响。关键词:氟中毒;小鼠:GsH—Px;甘草;金银花 The positire effect of traditional Chinese mediCine on glutathione peroxidase activity in fluorine poisoned mouse WEI yao-don90 WEN yi—xiong".HUANG jing-qiani (Youjiang Medical Co]lege for Nationali ties』,Dedartmen tofBiochemistry andMolecular Biology,,2 Pedartment of clinical medicine.,3 Dedartment ofnursing minor inEnglish.
