1 Procedure for start the kiln BASK 161 Baoye BASK 161 开窑程序 For start the kiln you must follow this general procedure: 关于开窑,贵方必须遵照以下步骤: 1.) Inner cylinder cooling must run always and can never be stopped after ignition of the kiln 内套筒冷却风系统必须连续运行且在点火后不能停止。 2.) The waste gas fan must be started what means “ Automatic start of the waste gas cycle ”, now the waste gas fan start, PID 601 or PID 611 with minimum speed 10 % in“ MANUAL SET ” now, the operator has to increase the under pressure in the kiln that he will be higher than the Alarm setting in the Parameter page PT 601! The PT 611 also must show under pressure between – 0,15 KPA to– 0,30 KPa ! The waste gas fan ( PID 601 or 611 ) can be put in Automatic. ( The exhaust gas can not start if there are alarms on Inner cylinder cooling air FT310-PT310-FT320-FT340-FT350) 废气风机必须切换到“远程/ 自动”模式,将废气风机在“手动模式”下设置为以最小的速度 10% 开启 PID 601 或 PID 611 ,操作者应在窑内增加负压,这样的话就高于 PT 601 报警参数! 必须将 PT 611 负压范围调到– 0,15 KPA 至– 0,30 Kpa !将废气风机( PID 601 或者 611 ) 设为自动运行。(如果内套筒冷却风的 FT310-PT310-FT320-FT340-FT35 0 出现报警的话, 那么无法启动废气风机) 3.)
