e题目新型洗麦机的设计与分析学生姓名 e 学号 e 所在学院机械工程学院专业班级 e 指导教师 ee __ ____ __ 完成地点校内___ 2009 年6月5日新型洗麦机的设计与分析 e (e) 指导教师: ee 【摘要】: 小麦是我国主要的粮食作物,也是我省主要的经济作物,本课题主要针对汉中某粮食制造企业急需开发一种针对去除小麦种麦秸,同时兼顾沙石、泥土等杂质去除和小麦着水的现状,开发一种新型洗麦机。洗麦机用于在小麦制粉之前对小麦麦粒进行清洗,本设计根据传统洗麦机的工作原理和缺点进行乐改进:将浸水清洗改为喷水清洗,节水 80% 左右;将小麦的垂直向上输送改为水平输送,节电 55% 左右。该两点改进为新型洗麦机的重大改进。该机构主要由机架、洗麦槽、甩干筒、传动机构、水份监测及水份控制系统几部分组成。主要通过打板和绞龙的运动以及封闭的供水系统实现小麦的清洗。在技术创新方面,主要增加了水流量监测控制装置,定时喷洒水装置,调速装置。本文主要通过对零部件的分析,主要是绞龙部分设计计算:并对传动部分进行了分析,对绞龙轴,打板轴,带轮等进行设计计算,总结了其主要的加工工艺,设计出了 CAD 装配图及零件图,新型洗麦机充分利用成熟的技术和结构部件,既满足节能减排的目的,同时也满足产量。【关键词】: 绞龙,打板,水份控制 The design and analysis of the new wheat scrubber e (e) Tutor : e Abstract : Wheat is the main food crops in China, also is the main economic crops in our province, this topic mainly aimed at hanzhong some food manufacturing enterprise need to develop a for removal of wheat straw, both sand, clay and other impurity removal and wheat with the present situation of the water, the development ofa new type of washing machine.
